This course within the School of Health & Human Sciences is the capstone experience for the sport management major at IU Indianapolis. Students learn and apply human-centered design to complex problems facing an industry partner or stakeholders in the sports industry. The experience challenges senior-level students to apply what they have learned to address a problem or situation presented by a sport organization. Students will follow a multiple-step process to identify project objectives, collect and analyze data relevant to the problem or situation, and offer strategic recommendations that address the problem or are relevant to the situation.
