How to download your Record
Access your Record anytime, anywhere you have an Internet connection.
You have two options for accessing your Record.
Just like many other items related to being a student, you can access your Record through your Student Center.
- Open your Student Center
- Navigate to the “Academics” section
- Click “View Engaged Learning Record”
- Select your campus
- Press “View report”
- Go to One.IU.edu
- Search for the app titled, “View my Experiential & Applied Learning Record,” and click “Start”
- Select your campus
- Generate your Record
What to expect
Your Record will show your involvement across the seven achievement categories in a graphic form. For some achievement categories, like Service and Internships, your Record will show the number of hours completed for an experience. For other categories, like leadership, it will show the number of semesters completed with that experience.
Because instructors and program directors are responsible for reporting successful completion of a Record experience, timelines vary on when you’ll see your Record updated.
Is something missing?
If you are certain you participated in an experience within a course or outside the classroom that is not showing on the Record, please email record@iupui.edu with the following details:
- The name of the experience
- When the experience occurred
- The contact name and information for your instructor, supervisor, mentor, etc.
