The web intern is responsible for the front-end management of division websites, online tools (e.g., calendaring systems, digital signage, and forms), and email marketing in order to provide engaging user experience for students, families, and campus stakeholders. The position will work directly with other web interns, the communications specialists, and the director to maintain an online presence for the division and its programs, train content owners on process and use of tools, and manage best practices for online content. The content intern creates custom content for the Division of Undergraduate Education and its programs through news stories, website content, marketing deliverables, and social media. The position works closely with the Office of Communications leadership to identify projects and leads in order to provide timely information to the division, campus, and external community. Graphic design interns focus on delivering fresh identity work and current ad campaign creative. Interns will work with the director of communications, communications specialists, clients, and other interns to meet the communication needs of departments housed in the Division of Undergraduate Education.
