This experience takes place within the course Intro to Managerial Accounting in the Kelley School of Business, an introductory study of preparation and use of internal accounting information for planning and control of company activities. This experience is a virtual exchange group project, in which IU Indianapolis students collaborate with students in Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico (TEC). Students will collaborate to develop a code of conduct for a hypothetical mid-sized business. The scenario is that the business has grown to have operations in foreign countries. IU Indianapolis students are employees in the U.S. while TEC students are located in Mexico. The owners and foreign partners of the business believe it is imperative to create a code of conduct for both its domestic and foreign operations. Students are chosen for a special working group to complete the task
